Flu Fighter

 The blog post is about preventing the flu, we've titled it "Flu Fighter". Additionally, we should talked about the importance of vitamin C in boosting the immune system and preventing the flu.  We've also mentioned the importance of vaccination in preventing the flu. We also discussed the importance of stress management, and how relaxing and enjoying life can help boost the immune system.
